The main presentation will be from FBI Supervisory Special Agent Eric McIntosh and FBI Intelligence Analyst Frank Bolin who will highlight recent cases and current criminal trends in the FBI’s Dayton Resident Agency. They will discuss local FBI efforts against White Collar Crime, Violent Gangs, and Crimes Against Children, among other topics, and they will hold a Q&A session.
FBI Special Agent in Charge Todd Wickerham, who recently took leadership of all FBI offices in central and southern Ohio, will open the meeting and will give information about his background and his vision for the InfraGard program.
Todd A. Wickerham entered on duty with the FBI in September 1997 and was assigned to the Pittsburgh Field Office where he investigated violent crime and criminal enterprises. He subsequently served on Pittsburgh’s SWAT team and as a Special Agent Bomb Technician.
In 2006, Mr. Wickerham was designated as a Supervisory Special Agent in the Criminal Investigative Division’s Strategic Planning Unit at FBI Headquarters. In this capacity, he provided executive staff coordination for FBI criminal programs.
In 2008, Mr. Wickerham was assigned as the Supervisory Senior Resident Agent of the Akron Resident Agency, Cleveland Field Office, where he managed all FBI investigative programs. During this time, he also completed a four-month temporary assignment to Legat Kabul where he helped stand up the Major Crimes Task Force-Afghanistan.
In 2013, Mr. Wickerham was appointed as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of Cleveland’s Criminal Branch with responsibility for overseeing all criminal investigative programs, SWAT operations, training matters, and numerous FBI Resident Agencies in Northern Ohio.
Mr. Wickerham was promoted to Special Assistant for the Associate Deputy Director (ADD) in 2017. In this role, he served as a senior advisor to the ADD on matters involving the management of all personnel, budget, administration, and infrastructure across the FBI enterprise.
In October, 2018, Mr. Wickerham was selected to serve as the Special Agent in Charge of the Cincinnati Field Office.
Prior to his FBI career, Mr. Wickerham served as a Deputy Sheriff for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department in South Carolina, an Investigator for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, and a combat engineer with the Ohio Army National Guard. Mr. Wickerham was commissioned as a Reserve Army Officer in 1990 and received his Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in 1992.

All of this has historically been offered at no cost to our members and guests. However, as our chapter continues to move forward, we have operational costs that need to be paid for to continue our chapter.
